CHS is pleased to welcome Abby Jackman and Zoƫ Parker to its team of Affiliated Professionals.
Abby is an ADHD coach and counsellor based in Brussels. She has spent over a decade working at the intersection of mental health, social justice, and inclusion in social work, psychotherapy, crisis support, and humanitarian contexts and brings the same values-driven approach to her counselling and coaching practice. Abby offers coaching and counselling for adults with ADHD and for anyone experiencing execution function challenges. Abby has also been a supervisor of the CHS Helpline for the past year, and her appointment as a member of the Affiliated Professionals team brings an important bridge between the organisation’s therapist service and its crisis Helpline.
Zoe is a sexologist, offering support to individuals around questions related to sexuality, the difficulties they may encounter, and the (re)discovery of a more peaceful relationship with the body and pleasure. Adopting a sex-positive and integrative approach, which views sexual health as an essential component of overall well-being, Zoe places particular emphasis on attentive listening and respecting the individuality of each personal journey.
They both join our experienced team of Affiliated Professionals, who offer consultations and classes aimed at supporting overall wellbeing. Areas of expertise within the team include mindfulness, eating disorders, family mediation and therapy, educational support, art therapy, and life and career coaching.
