Community Help Service (CHS) extends its heartfelt thanks to the Families of the British School of Brussels (FoBSB) for selecting
CHS as the beneficiary of this year’s Annual Charity Ball, held on Saturday, 10 May.
The elegant event took place in the stunning Africa Palace, where guests enjoyed cocktalls while overlooking the picture-perfect Park van Tervuren. A silent auction and raffle, held throughout the evening, contributed significantly to the fundraising success.
Thanks to the generosity of the BSB community, the ball raised an impressive €7,000 in support of the CHS Helpline — a vital resource for those struggling with mental health challenges. The funds raised reflect the community’s strong commitment to mental well-being and the essential work of the Helpline.

The British School of Brussels is an international learning community for children aged 1-18 years, independently ranked as one of the best schools in the world. Its families consistently demonstrate a deep sense of social responsibility and generosity.
In addition to the ball, FoBSB also hosted a Saint Patrick’s Day fundraising breakfast and bake sale on 14 March that raised a further €2,300 for the CHS Helpline.
We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support and solidarity shown by the BSB families.
