Community Help Service (CHS) clinical psychologist Vanessa Goodman will be leading a two-part workshop on grief this April, offering a supportive space for reflection, connection, and healing.

The workshop will take place on Sunday 12 April and Sunday 26 April, from 14:00 to 17:00, at Commons Hub Brussels (Rue de la Madeleine 51, 1000 Brussels). Participants are asked to attend both sessions, as the workshop is designed as a two-part series that builds across the two afternoons.

These workshops will introduce participants to a range of reflective and creative practices designed to support the experience of grief. These will include a sharing circle, journaling, guided meditations, rituals, and creative artwork, creating a gentle and supportive environment where participants can explore their experiences and connect with others.

The participation fee is €90 for both afternoons. Please note that registration must be completed separately for each of the two dates through the event app here

Spaces are limited, and early registration is recommended
