CHS Helpline : 02 648 40 14
The CHS Helpline is a 24-hour English-language support Helpline for adults, adolescents and children. The service is anonymous and confidential
We support you through times of frustration, loneliness, anxiety, divorce, bereavement, and thoughts of suicide. And more. We listen without judgement.
Callers are welcome to call if they are worried about someone else.
The Helpline volunteers are also able to provide information on support groups and other resources.
We are all trained volunteers who are recruited, trained and supported by the mental health professionals who work at CHS.
CHS does not charge for the duration of your call to the Helpline, but you may incur a small connection fee which would depend on your provider/telephone contract.
